Not sure what is going on. I running 2.3. For some reason emails show up as attachments like attachments.html and the actual body is empty. This happens for emails I check using Outlook or Thunderbird. Emails checked at GMAIL are fine for some reason.
I read this. https://github.com/magento/magento2/issues/25076 and it’s not fixing it.
I notice it on password reminders. Not sure if it happens for every single email.
