Does anyone have a link to a simple example for a third-party payment gateway ??

I’ve got the checkout and admin interface up by hacking a few examples but I can’t seem to find a way to identify which controller is called on checkout or how to listen to webhooks after user payment.

All the random XML on top of PHP/JS/HTML Templates has been a bit too much for me.
