Getting error Class DeviceDetectorDeviceDetectorFactory does not exist.

Hello,

I’m experiencing this issue that I can’t seem to solve. I’ tried different permissions to /generated. I’ve removed it and complied but still get the error.

I get this every time I try and process and credit card at checkout and when I run PHP bin/magento setup:compile

Can anyone help?
