Having to flush the cache daily

Hi guys,

I’m not a developer but I am the admin for my business’ Magento site. We’re a small online retailer and we’re currently using the MagePlaza DailyDeals extension for our homepage. Well, we run new deals using this extension every day but in order to get them to switch over at midnight it requires us to flush the cache every day (we’re using varnish). I feel doing this noticeably slows down our site, especially in the mornings, but it doesn’t appear to be a way around it.

I spoke with the developers at MagePlaza and they say that’s the only way for it to work. Is there anything I or our developers can do to make the daily cache flush less impactful to our site performance?
