We have been on Magento 2 for almost 2 years and rewards points have worked fine. When I upgraded from 2.3.2 to 2.3.4 the only way people get rewards now is if they are invoiced. Does anyone know what changed to cause that? And how I could work around that? We don’t always invoice in Magento.
