Hello ! I got a quick question : does anybody have an idea why I always get disconnected after an idle time of ~10 minutes in the magento backend ? I already changed the admin timeout in the Store >configuration >advanced > admin tab but I could never stay more than this short time before having to re-login.
On my “non prod” env, with the same parameters, it never happens. I checked internally and found that there’s a “redis session max concurrency” value that I had to set to avoid this kind of behavior. Sadly, even after the modification (value = 300), this never changed :/
Does anybody have an idea ? Thanks for now 🙂
Config : 3 PHP pods running magento on K8s, Elasticsearch service, redis and external DB hosted on azure.
