How to change the font color in order confirmation email?

We just launched a Magento 2.4, and this is the first Magento site where I’ve had access to the backend, so I’m just starting to learn “the lay of the land” so to speak.

I want to change the font color of the order confirmation email from gray to black. There isn’t any option in Magento admin (Marketing>Email templates) to change the font or color.

When I view source of the order confirmation preview, it shows 22 different stylesheets.

Any suggestions on how to proceed? Thank you in advance!

False Product price shown in Checkout (Mageworx/CustomerGroupPrices)

A client is using the CustomerGroupPrices to set up a more complex pricing strategy, and that works just fine… until you get to the checkout. On the first page where you enter your shipping options it shows the correct price: https://imgur.com/S3Dtl6U, but once you continue to payment it shows the incorrect price: https://i.imgur.com/3rmIDtb.png. But once you refresh the page it shows the right price.

I am very new to magento and could really use some help at how to fix this. I already figured out that the call to /rest/de/V1/carts/mine/shipping-information is where this incorrect data comes from, but I can’t figure out where this call is handled. Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.

Has anyone used Litcommerce to integrate your sales channels before?

Would love to know if anyone here has used Litcommerce to integrate Magento and eBay before. I am looking to list products from Magento to eBay in bulk and update orders on one main dashboard on a regular basis, and I came across Litcommerce which seems to be able to help me with both. In addition, I want to upload and sync product attributes, especially images, brands, and styles, across channels as they are particularly important for my products, and looks like Litcommerce can do it too.

However, I think I need to hear some first-hand experiences from those who have used it before making the decision. Thanks for your comments all in advance!

Unable to change Discount Price on already discounted products

A client’s store is showing a weird bug where products that already have a discount cannot have their price changed (you can change it in the Admin interface, but those changes aren’t reflected in the shop). I assume the problem there is with the database, that an update that’s been done in the past f*cked something up with their data. But I don’t know much about the magento2 database, and of course documentation isn’t really there either. So, any pointers would be greatly appreciated.

“Enabled” set to YES in DB -> shows NO on frontend

I’m not sure when this started, or if it’s always been there, but many of our enabled block/pages/etc are showing as NO for the toggle. These are in fact enabled and active — which is fine! But it is bothering me and can be confusing for anyone else using the admin store. edit: It doesn’t seem to happen on products, but rather other elements/forms.

Has anyone encountered this, and is there anything I can particularly look for to debug? Advice appreciated, thanks. I don’t exactly know what to look for in google to really do my own research.

How do I fix my email templates?

I just upgraded to 2.4.3-p2 and a lot of my email templates broke. I can see in the release notes there were some backward incompatible changes made. I figured I would just have to redo them.

I would like to show items on the order confirmation. I click insert variable and it adds this-

{{layout handle=”sales_email_order_items” order=$order}}

But it doesn’t work. Did they leave the old variables in? I figured they would have switched those out so you could still build email templates. How should that look to work?
