Problems with Coupons on 2.3.0

Hi guys,

I have a problem with the coupons in a store with magento 2.3.0

When we create a coupon with limited uses per customer, when we use the n-1 times the coupon, magento sends the full price to the payment gateway. This problem only happends in the 2.3.0, on other websites with versions 2.3.3 and onwards this doesn’t happend

Also when you cancel the order, the coupon is used anyways.

Any of you fixed this problem?
