If you have an Adobe ID I believe you can watch all the recorded sessions from Adobe Summit.
They sure doubled down on the aspects of customer journey and using data/AI to generate personal experiences. Not much info on how much of a lift these techniques generate.
It’s also pretty clear they want/need bigger organizations to employ these types of things. Smaller players will struggle to figure it out until it’s completely turn-key and cheaper.
