All Varnish getting cleared after saving product 2.4.5

Hello,

I am on magento 2.4.5. if we save a product or a product goes out of stock, then all pages varnish is cleared.

Is this still a bug or is this normal magento behavior?

From my understanding varnish should only be cleared for the item edited and the category page where the item is displayed.

My developer tried on a default magento install and varnish was still cleared.

Cache crawler won’t fix this because it will have to run constantly while my team is editing products.
