Is it still possible to use magento 1?

So my client has a store made in magento 1.9.4.x (I assume). But the client still wants to use the same version but it’s already not supported and no download option available now. Although, we recommended to use the latest version for added security, client still insist to use the old one. How can I use version 1.9.4.5?
