Hi guys, as an intern at a CRM solutions provider, I’m trying to understand the differences in different aspects of the two solutions.
My main areas of concern for which I require a comparison are:
- UI and Ease of Use
- Implementation and Training
- Software Capabilities and Limitations
- Pricing
- Security
