I recently started working as an analyst for a company that uses magento 2 CE. I want to learn magento better and be able to implement changes/optimize the site overall.
I am not a developer but I want to be able to make small changes/ be able to guide the developers better.
My biggest issues currently are the speed of the site both front and back. Back end seems to lag a lot. Inventory mgmt is a mess, we have many suppliers but I cant seem to understand the assign sources to well.
Any advice/guides etc will be much appreciated.
