2.3 limiting user roles by store view?

I was researching this in Google and it sounded like it was possible but I’m not sure. Is there a way when creating a user role that you can limit access to a particular store view? I mainly have somebody who comes online to edit content on CMS pages and product pages but I would like to limit their capability to just a particular store view so they don’t go changing other products on other stores. Is this possible to achieve? If not through regular admin settings, are there third-party extensions that make this possible?
