Has anyone got any experience in this?
We sell through several channels, so we can’t *just* make people create an account to get their warranty details. I was hoping for a plugin or method for asking customers to enter their product details or serial number and contact details in order to extend their warranty.
Would appreciate some opinions from the community about the logistics involved!
