Disable TinyMCE 4.9.10

Hello,

I just started using Magento and I’m trying to get rid of TinyMCE, it’s not helping at all. When I try using ALT + 0149(or any other code) it prompts the tinymce pop-up with Shortcuts and Plugins which I do not want. I just want to add the bullet points, which for some reason disappears on the front end if I use the bullet points in the editor. My colleague is able to add the bullet points using ALT + 0149 and I’m not. We’re both dumbfounded trying to fix this. Help.
