Job interview coming… best way to learn Magento asap? Favorite tutorials, resources, etc.

I have a job interview on the way with a company that uses Magento. I have lots of experience with various web CMS platforms and learn this type of thing quickly. I’m not trying to be deceptive and act like I’m an expert, but want to come into this call with some familiarity and knowledge. What are my best options for learning as much as I can in the next couple days?

And just to clarify – this job is a content job – *not* on the development side. I’ll need to be responsible for updating content and media within Magento, but not responsible for building or setting up any of the site of functionality.
