Just giving a heads up, I run a site with approx. 200K skus and many product attributes. I migrated from M1 to M2 about 6 months ago. the M1 worked fine, the M2, with all the redis, varnish, baler and elasticsuite tweaks under the sun, still didn’t deliver what I’d call suitable uncached page load speed. And the backend always sucked.
It seems like with this latest release they finally fixed large database problems. For what it’s worth. Just letting you all know, it looks like theres finally a light at the end of the tunnel.
