I remember a very confusing ? on the assc dev test. Whats the relationship between catagories and products ?
a.) products are always belonging to one category
b.) products can be belonging to zero or more categories.
On M2 docs this is said…
Before you add products to your catalog, you need to establish the basic category structure of your catalog. Every product must be assigned to at least one category.
Pay attention to “must”. But in my time products don’t NEED to be assigned to categories. This is very confusing for me.
