Hi all
we’ve released an open-source free extension to create a pop-up with your Magento 2/Adobe Commerce store. Can contain any static block and (optionally) newsletter sign-up form.
Not a novel thing, but if you need something simple, straight forward and free – may be a useful thing for your store.
