Multi Vendor Booking Marketplace Extension

Hi all,

I’m trying to find a booking extension for a marketplace project that can create multiple booking products with different durations and prices. These bookable products are provided by a single seller so each time slot can only be booked once. For example if a 30min appointment for a seller is booked it 2pm. Then a different appointment type for 90mins with the same seller can’t be booked after 12:30 or before 3:30.

Anyone have suggestions. I’ve found a few extensions but all treat the bookable product as it’s own and not related to a sellers actual available time during a day.

Help/guidance appreciated.

Customer “Forgot Password” email not sending.

Magento 2.4.3-p1

When clicking on “Forgot Password” from front end, customer is greeted with :

“If there is an account associated with [email protected] you will receive an email with a link to reset your password.”

However, no email is received. And under email logs in Magento back-end there is no password reset email sent. Every other email works perfectly.

Then I tried to reset password from Customers in the back-end. Again greeted with a message and green tick “The customer will receive an email with a link to reset password.” But no email received and no email sent out via email log.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what the possible cause could be?

Sudden slow down on v1 API

A little help if possible.

We have a magento 2 site running on an 4 core 8gb ram vps. All has been running fine until recently. Normal website browsing remain very fast but there is a strange problem at checkout once a customer choses to pay via stripe.

Magento sends a POST request to the url ending “/rest/default/V1/guest-carts/%22token%22/payment-information” and we are now seeing a TTFB of between 7 and 11 seconds which makes our checkout look like its hanging. Has anyone ever had this issue or can point me in the correct direction to diagnose? All other requested to this endpoint are working fine apart from this one.

The payments go through but I can’t for the life of me diagnose this issue. Any help would be appreciated.

Affirm CTA on Magento

So I work for a third part reseller of goods and I’ve noticed that over the past year customers using affirm to check out has increased significantly (probably dude to COVID).

Currently we have a CTA on our catalog pages saying “as low as X per month with affirm” under every product but out of everything on the page, it loads last. Pretty significantly too. Talking with Affirm, they say that we must have a clickable link when displaying “as long as X per month.”

I have two questions around this subject:

1) Has anyone else noticed a long loading time?

2) what kind of Affirm CTA works best for e-commerce websites?

We are on magento commerce on prem.

I am currently looking for a Magento hosting. The site is about to launch, and the expected traffic will be starting from 50 people per day to eventually few hundred. It will have around 250 products and eventually increase as well to 500.
Of course, it has to be:

– Fast
– Reliable
– Servers located in USA
– Upgradable (if traffic increases)
– Good price is a big bonus

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Magento payment method for MOTO that sends a payment request to customers?

Is anyone aware of a service that can be used with Magento to process MOTO payments in a way that is PCI compliant?
Ideally we would speak to a customer on the phone, set up an order for them, then send them a link to their mobile or email to input a payment by card or paypal. Bonus points if it can talk to Magento API and mark the order as paid automatically.
