Hey guys,

I’m having some issues importing my product catalog back in to magento 2 after trying to bulk update some attributes – checking the data returns heaps of incorrect values for attributes.

I tried to see where I went wrong, I exported the product catalog then immediately went in and imported the exact file the Magento generated – and it still gives me errors even though I haven’t modified what Magento has given me. See imgur link below

FYI I only have access to the admin control panel, our website hosts deal with all the commandline/other stuff, but all they have said to me regarding the import issue is that they just manually go in to the file and make the necessary changes to make the error go away, which in my opinion is a waste of their time as they charge out at a pretty expensive rate and doesn’t address magento exporting a faulty file.

last night I was setting up a cart price and then testing out the rule at checkout before I discovered the the following error. Maybe it was already there and we did not realised.
I get the following error: ” internal error. details are available in the Magento log file. report id: webapi-60f242605fbe9″

After checking the exception log, I see this:

We then increase the ram, thinking that it was an elastic search issue. The error disappeared but the server spikes and slow loading continued.

The next issue was now another error. We are using the shipperHq module for shipping which requires you to allow a backup shipping method in case shipperhq fails. So we activate the webkul MP fixed rate shipping module and we started getting the error below and no shipping method will be available at checkout. The error disappears if the Webkul module is disabled.

After doing a hard reboot, the ram and cpu consumption dropped back to normal. I checked the elasticsearch and it was not active ( i had to activated it).

I cannot tell what the issue is or if its still there.

Magento 2.4.2.

Any help will be welcome.

I am using 2.4.1 commerce edition, all the emails received in spam folder with dangerous flag, how to avoid this issue. What are all the best practices for a new site launch?

Seems to me like 90% of customers on my cart using M2 checkout as a guest. That’s fine. Immediately after ordering they have the option to create an account. Most don’t. The issue is every email they get says “You can check the status of your order by logging into your account.” So they click the link but they have no account. They create one. The guest sales won’t transfer over, so once they log in it says NO ORDERS FOUND.

Not sure how to resolve this? Do I simply remove all text in emails, on the site, etc encouraging people from LOGGING IN to check the order status (only providing email alerts) or is there some way to let people track an order with complete details, without logging in? I’ve tried the url at /trackorder/index/view/ but even there once you confirm the order# and email it says for COMPLETE DETAILS, you need to log in.

Is possible to remove some Payment Form informations from the printable PDF generated on the order invoice page?

The reason I want to do it is because of a specific information that is trying to write an entire QR Code as text into page, and overlapping other order informations.

Any way how to custom this?

Hello! Any advice on how to test new magenta e-commerce site ( by placing a test order) without deactivating current website.. I am getting https is required error

I have been doing some site speed testing on my site using gtmetrix. The first time I do it is normally pretty slow, but after a few times I see drastic improvements and I figure that is because it is getting cached somewhere. Will something like a cache warmer like- https://amasty.com/full-page-cache-warmer-for-magento-2.html or https://mirasvit.com/magento-2-extensions/full-page-cache-warmer.html give me that same time of performance increase?
