We would like to sell our products by the unit and by the case. Our products come in several different options (200+) and for unit sale we are selling them using a configurable product showing the color swatches.
We are still looking for a solution on how to sell the products in case quantities (with a different pricing and/or quantity discounts). We of course need to keep track of the simple products inventory, so we can’t just create new products for the cases.
I was thinking that maybe we could create a bundle product for each product case (for example, a bundle of 12 X the simple product), but then I don’t see how I can use these bundle products in the configurable product (to show all the product variations on the same page).
Any idea how we can achieve this?
