Where to find refunds in MySQL database?

Hi,
So I’m trying to create a refund & store credit reports, but I don’t know where this information can be found. I looked at credit_total_refunded in sales_creditmemo, but it seems different from the Refunds view on Magento admin? If it is indeed sales_creditmemo that I need, then where does the data in the Refunds view come from?
Also, is there a way I can see where any of the data on Magento admin come from? That would be great. Thank you!
